And the best part? Any event you add to a series automatically inherits the registration form from the series. Registrants can easily pick and choose which events they want to attend—all with a single submission.

And that’s not all. Got an event that typically has the same content, speakers, and structure? Use our Repeating Events feature to schedule events at a set frequency, while keeping the topic and discussion consistent.

This feature works like a dream for keeping your audience interested and immersed in all types of events and brand experiences—from product demos, to employee training, webinars, and more—while saving your time-strapped team from the monotony of copy/pasting the same details from one event to the next.

You also get a consolidated view of how each series is performing.

Field events

Face-to-face experiences are crucial to providing an extra layer of connection that really moves the needle with prospects.

And when it comes to hosting field events, we’ve got you covered. Last year, we ramped up our Field Events features to make it a breeze for guests to check in, register on-site, and update their details as needed.

No more printed guest lists, paper badges, or long lines. With a quick scan of their unique QR code, attendees can check in hassle-free—no extra app downloads required.

Automated invites

Save time and effortlessly customize your event using automated invites for both your speakers and sessions.

Speaker invites

Nothing will get your heart racing faster than having to wonder where your keynote speaker is two minutes before your event.

Now, you can automate speaker invites and reminder emails, and even add buffer time options (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes) to give speakers just the right amount of time to prepare.

Session-level invites

Forget the one-size-fits-all approach! Goldcast gives you options to set up calendar blocks for each day of the event, or send separate invites for each session. This way, attendees can stay on top of the schedule with zero hassle.

Roles & permissions
